Cleaning up after study

1. Last study of the day ends
2. PII#1 data is copied to PII#2
3. non-PII#1 is copied to non-PII#2
4. RAW#1 is copied to RAW#2
5. RAW data is compressed and moved to PII and non-PII drives.
6. Confirm data was copied before formatting RAW drives
7. Eject and remove PII and non-PII drives from computer and place each in silicon container
8. Lock all drives in the cage

Data Hand-off

1. Give PII#1 to Navy for making data anonymous. (keep PII#2 in cage)
2. When PII#1 is returned, copy it to non-PII drives
3. Format both PII drives so they can be reused for later studies.
